ZWay Anything automatically detects your current location, so you can choose to have items picked up from your current location, or you can drop a pin on the map or enter the pickup address manually. Your favorite drop off addresses can be saved for quick and easy access in the future.
Pay by Cash, Card or Wallet
ZWay Anything realizes that each customer will have a different preferred method of making a payment for a trip. Hence we give you the option of using either a Cash or Card option for individuals, or a Credit line (Wallet) for businesses. We make sure your information is secure by storing card data on a PCI compliant database.
Negotiate
ZWay Anything allows you to post an offer for a delivery on the ‘Request Board’ and all available drivers can either accept the offer or negotiate with you. The contract is sealed after both you and the driver ‘Accept’ an offer and complete the dual handshake.
Track your Delivery
You can track your delivery on the app and get live updates of the drivers location. If you’re the person sending something and not the receiver, the person getting the delivery will also be notified about the status of the booking with push notifications when the driver ‘Arrives’, ‘Starts’ and ‘Completes’ the delivery.
View Delivery Details
While you are on the live track page, you have constant access to the details of the delivery and you can view the documents uploaded at pickup and verify the condition of your goods.
Review And Rate Drivers
At the end of each trip the driver and customer will both be invited to rate each other from 1 to 5 stars. ZWay Anything is built on the belief that good business is a two way street.
